River Escape is located right on the river up stream from the Fish Trap section of the Toccoa River, a “well known for good fishing” area of the river originally favored by the Indians. Follow the road up stream and see their stone fish trap still in place today, or walk down to the river and trout fish for yourself.
When you have caught your dinner, come back to this tastefully decorated cabin and prepare your food in a fully equipped & functional kitchen or use the outside gas grill.
River Escape has four bedrooms, & 3 ½ baths. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king size bed & full bath. There is an additional 1/2 bath on the main level as well. Upstairs you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen Size log bed and the other has two twins & a full bath as well.
The lower level is equipped with the fourth bedroom with a Queen Size bed & a bath with shower & vanity, rec room with pool table, dart boards, & Satellite TV.
Sit outside on the upstairs balcony or on the main wrap around decks with beautiful views of this river valley in two directions, you might get to see the Scenic Railway Train in the distance. Finish your day counting the stars while soaking in the six-person hot tub.
Inclement weather? Cozy up to a fire by the stone wood burning fireplace (wood provided) while you watch Satellite TV or your favorite movie on the DVD/VCR combo. Read one of our books or bring your own.

Rates are based on 1-4 people. Children under 3 stay for free. For parties of 5 or more people, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night plus 10% lodging tax.
* Guests are to complete all check out procedures & comply with all policies. If cabin is left in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Our Flat Rate Cleaning Fees and Policies are structured to provide our guests with the least expensive fees possible.
